Passionate about good food… Food that feeds and nourishes your body but tastes great too. Most people think healthy food is the sort of stuff you would feed to your rabbit or guinea-pig.

We at Food Fest believe the best way to look after your body is to nourish it with the freshest of ingredients, grown or reared with as few chemicals as possible.

Did you know animals that have been kept healthy and content then killed humanely without stress or fear really do taste better? Fruit that has been picked, before it has had time to ripen naturally, does not achieve natures intended flavour or sweetness. Often boxed and stored for weeks, before we see it in our local supermarkets, such fruits or vegetables have few vitamins left! Some foods that have been frozen or canned on site can contain more goodness than supposedly fresh!

Where ever possible Food Fest always tries to source local fresh produce, organic and free-range. We want you to experience the real flavours of food, nothing processed or refined, nothing genetically modified, just good ingredients as pure as we can find.

At Food Fest we want to arouse your taste buds and introduce you to a world where food is the way to pamper your body.

The Head Chef...

Lisa Kosky originally trained as cordon blue chef in the early eighties and went on to run her own very successful business preparing three course lunches for various high profile companies: Barclays Bank executive office, Grovesnor Square Properties, Event in the British War Museum.  As well as catering for many parties, weddings and variety of social gatherings she also set up a company selling hampers to order filled with luxury goods and delicious home made foods.
